Tham Thip Prida (Thip Prida Cave)

This mountain area consists of 40 beautiful caves with pools in some caves. All caves are are situated in Khao Khai sub district. Visitors can easily get there from Chumphon, Sawi and turn right at Khao Peep junction in Thung Tako District, then go along the way around 16 kilometers, turn left to a local road and around 4 kms until you arrive at Huai Kaew junction, turn left into a local road and continue traveling for 6 kms, you will be there- Tham Thip Prida. Total distance from Chumphon city to the destination is 70 kms approximation..

This resort is located on a beautiful unspoiled beach, Had Arunothai. Dozens of stunning limestone islands rising out of the sea are in full view. Visitors can observe the lifestyle of the local fishermen on this quiet beach.. Koh Tao, the premier diving area in the Gulf of Thailand is directly to the east with Arunothai providing the closest access point on the mainland and is closer to Koh Tao than the usual point of departure which is Koh Samui. Nearby is Paknam Tako- an estuary where local fishermen live and from where they depart for their daily trips into the Gulf.
